Happy to share with you dat I delivered my❤️ baby boy ❤️on Dec 5th vaginally.. we waited till due date and had to go with pain induction gel since I had no symptoms or pain..Morning 9.30 I was induced and I constantly kept doin breathing exercises...i was 7cm dilated by noon.. And my doctor said baby passed meconium inside and advised me not to panic or shout since it will put more stress on baby.. baby's heart beat was continuously monitored and It was stable which was the only relief... I was told to push my baby out in 45mins because of meconium or else with no other option have to go with caeserian..i still remember wat yu said in class about the stress level dat baby undergoes during labor which made me stay calm nd strong . With family nd hubby's full support I stayed calm at the peak of my labour pain with full silence... My hubby kept doin breathing exercise along with me keeping ensuring dat I stay relaxed.. And in the next half an hr I delivered my prince with 4 pushes.. My skin has improved a lot and I had very dull skin at the first and pimples now almost it's gone, few days back my skin was glowing . And measurements also is reduced a lot since first day.
