Can we do Exercises during the Pregnancy Period?

Yes, during the pregnancy period you can do basic exercises to keep you fit and the benefits are greater. During Pregnancy you have to eat healthy, move your body and have enough rest to keep yourself strong & fit. Basic workouts can help you to maintain higher energy levels, improve some of the discomforts of pregnancy, tone your muscles to better prepare you for labour and delivery, and recover faster.

RosiFit’s Self-Guided Prenatal Program:

During pregnancy, our posture is thrown out of state which strengthen and weaken some muscles while others get tight and overactive. While there is no perfect posture, you will learn ways to reduce common posture related aches and pains.

Our prenatal workout program is designed to help expectant mothers feel their best during pregnancy and birth with strength and confidence. We will get you to inspect ways to move in and out of different postural patterns, be it during structured exercise or during daily activities, in a way that feels natural and practical. We will go through awareness and simple movements that can make changes quick while providing stretching and strengthening exercises to help you battle those stiff or troublesome areas.


Sample Prenatal Workouts
