Hello everyone,i got my baby girl delivered on Oct 4. It was a normal delivery at 4 pm after water breakage at 5am. . Within 1 hour i started having mild contraction. It progressed very well. By 12, i was at stage 3 i guess. sustained through birthing ball front and back and rotation only. By 12 pm it was only 3mm dilation, but by 3.30pm it was 8 mm dilated. Doctor said just few more hours and i am yet to deliver the baby. You will have that push feel by then. But i said her that i have the push feel now oly. So I was shifted to labour room. By 4.10pm, with 10 pushes i delivered the baby.

Only because of ur guidance I was able to know the difference Between urine n amniotic fluid Immediately we went to hospital n they checked n told its labor Pain . They dint induce any pain for me n they dint give me inima also They said my Cooperation was very good mam . I delivered the baby within 3hours

Delivered baby boy yesterday normally(vbac). My labour was 5 hrs and the dilation was super quick..I could feel the baby coming down while I was in labor.things helped a lot are your diet, postural correction, surya namaskar and yes your exercises. Thank you for your support.

Hi rosy mam…. Thank you for your guidance. Yesterday morning on 17th Oct I delivered my second baby and it was a VBAC. Actually my delivery was planned for induced or C section on 19th October because of high AFI and higher baby weight. But your exercise helped me with natural contractions and dilation. When I went to the hospital I was 3cm dilated. Your breathing exercises helped me a lot during Labor time. Breathing exercises helped me to increase the dilation level. Thankyou so much
